Samanway MANDPAM is an innovative learning organization created to improve the quality of education in rural areas. Established in 2008 to provide education to children of rural area, we work under our program SHIKSHA AAPKE DWAR. It has grown in both scope and scale with various programs which help children to face various exams like Navoday, Shramoday, Means Cum Merit, Model School, Eklavya and Several Other Exams. etc. helping them to achieve their goals through proper channel. The mission aims to improve the quality of education. Our programs aim to supplement rather than replace governmental efforts. They are implemented on a large scale to not only reach as many children as possible, but also to create an adoptable demonstration model for state governments.

SAMANWAY MANDPAM true to its name, provides shelter to all educational needs of the rural areas. This has been made possible due to various policies and strategies adopted by the organization. The volunteers who work with Samanway Mandapam to implement learning interventions at the grassroots level. These volunteers are mobilized, trained, and monitored by the Samanway team. They are also provided with teaching-learning material and books. Not only does this ensure more effective implementation of the programs, but it also helps to build an infrastructure focused on providing quality education to children.

All programs are designed to ensure that learning levels in schools and communities increase, education reaches all children who are in school or unable to use school facilities, and youth get well trained for job opportunities. Testing tools are also developed by the Samanway team to check the learning levels of children so as to determine the course of action best suited to each child and to assess impact of our programs.

Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life, because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one’s awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behavior to understanding one’s rights, and in the process evolve as a better citizen.

Samanway Mandpam   educational initiatives include Pre-school [3-6 yrs], Non Formal Education [6-14 yrs non-school going, Remedial Education [6-14 yrs school going] and Bridge Course [14-18 yrs drop-outs]. Special emphasis is given on girl education, so that they and their families get empowered.

Since its inception in 2008, more than 32000 underprivileged children have directly benefitted from the Shiksha Aapke dwar programme

1. Maintenance of daily attendance of children attending “Shiksha Apke Dwar”
2. Taking Test on regular Basis
3. Daily maintenance for assigned and daily responsibility in a prescribed format
4. Responsible for “Saksharta Abhiyan”
5. Village level Library Operations.
6. Operating Science Van & Science projects and fairs.
7. Special Focus on Maths, English and Hindi subjects.

Students from organization are Selected every year in various exams eg. Navodaya, Shramoday, Means Cum Merit, Model School and Several Other Exams. Science Models, Paintings- Drawing and other are also conducted.
